CANCELLATION INSURANCE COST IS INCLUDED IN ABOVE FEES TO PROVIDE FOR A 100% REFUND OF THE APPLICATION FEE IN THE EVENT OF A FULL TOURNAMENT CANCELLATION.  IF ONE DAY IS CANCELLED, THE REFUND WILL BE 50% OF THE FEE. 

              

This tournament is unrestricted. Teams registered in good standing with any U.S.      Soccer Federation affiliate are eligible to apply.
